Privacy notice

WhatAIis (“WhatAIis”) is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations. For any privacy matter, write to us at privacidad@whataiis.com.

For the waitlist we only collect:

• Your email address.
• Whether you are a maker or looking for AI tools.
• Your app URL, only if you are a maker and choose to share it (optional).
• The campaign parameters of the link you arrived from (for example, utm_source) and the referring page.
• The date and time of your sign-up.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Your data is used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the service you request:

• To add you to the WhatAIis waitlist.
• To let you know when the directory opens and to give you the early sign-up benefits.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and automated sign-ups.

As a secondary purpose, we may use aggregated, non-identifiable data to gauge interest in the product. If you do not want this secondary purpose, write to us at privacidad@whataiis.com.

To run the site we rely on a provider that processes data on our behalf and under our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, database, security and anti-bot verification). Its servers may be located outside Mexico, including the United States.

We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes.

You may access, rectify or delete your data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and you may withdraw your consent or leave the waitlist at any time by emailing privacidad@whataiis.com from the registered address, stating the right you wish to exercise.

We will respond within 20 business days and, if applicable, carry out your request within the following 15 business days.

We keep your data while the waitlist is active and for up to 12 months after launch, or sooner if you ask to be removed.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it may process technical browser signals for security purposes only.

Any change will be published on this page, with the date of the latest update.
